Dawn II ~ The Saba Ferry provides same day shipping services for passengers goods and deliveries of light cargo. 

 

Shipping to Saba:

• All shipments to Saba should be delivered to Dock Maarten between 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on scheduled travel days.

• All shipments must be properly packaged and labeled with the name of whom you are shipping it to on it. 

• A valid ID must be presented when dropping off items for shipments. 

• Two copies of an invoice should be submitted when delivering shipments. Customs requires an invoice with the price of the goods, not just a packing slip. Please be advised that shipments without pricing listed may be held by customs until an invoice with pricing is submitted. 

Picking up your shipment in Saba:

In an effort to ease the process of picking up shipments from the DAWN II at Fort Bay, here are some suggestions to follow:

• Please be at the dock at 6:00 pm to clear customs.

• All shipments must be cleared with customs before they can be released.

• Be prepared to complete a Declaration of Debt for any ABB tax, if applicable. 

• Any item(s) not picked up will be held by customs in their holding container. Please note that the customs holding container does not have cold storage capabilities.

• A transfer fee from the vessel to the customs holding container will apply. 

• Additional delivery service or storage options are also available upon request. 

Shipping to Sint Maarten:

All shipments to Sint Maarten should be delivered to the Fort Bay between 6:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. on scheduled travel days.

All shipments must be properly packaged and labeled with the name of whom you are shipping it to on it. 
Please clear your shipment with customs before bringing it to the boat. 
If you are sending an item for repair, please be sure to indicate so to customs. This will ease the process of clearing the item upon return. 

Please inform us in advance if you would like to ship with DAWN II so that we may ensure that space is available.
